Fred Andresen was born and raised on the West Texas desert near
El Paso. He has over forty years of international business success and travel in
Europe, Russia, and Asia.
- Presently is co-founder, President, and Chairman of Prioritel Holdings, Inc,
with next-generation global telecom and Internet based companies centered in the
Russian, Central European and CIS markets.
- In 1992, started and managed DirectNet Telecommunications
in Russia, which expanded into a global company with revenues approaching $90
million. Russian residence six years. Named “1997 Company of the Year” by The
American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. Fred was named “Outstanding American
Pioneer in Russia” by the Russian American Chamber of Commerce
- He was a Charter member of the American Chamber of Commerce
in Russia and a Director of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce in the U.S.

- Prior to the Russian business he spent over twenty years in
skiwear manufacturing in Europe and Asia, particularly Japan, Hong Kong, Korea,
China, the Philippines, and Singapore. Elected president of Ski Industries
America, the trade organization, 1972-74.
